Conference Sponsorships

Sponsorship opportunities are available for interested companies and organizations. The sponsorship contract must be submitted by July 11 in order for CCAP to actualize all sponsorship benefits. After July 11, please contact Patty Stroble at (717) 736-4739 to confirm availability of benefits.

Advertising

There will be no printed program at the Conference, but you may wish to advertise in CCAP’s premier magazine, Pennsylvania County News, to highlight your company’s Conference participation. Ads can be placed in the Summer edition to tell readers that you will be attending the August event, or you could run an ad in the Fall edition recapping your participation. Banner Ads 

If you are a Blue, Red, or White sponsor for the Annual Conference, please submit your banner ad to Patty Stroble by July 11, 2025. It will be used for our mobile conference app and should be in the dimensions of 320 x 45 pixels. Other sizes will not be accepted.
