Room Rate: $279 per night plus 9% tax

Waterpark Admission Tickets
Each room booked is CCAP's room block will receive four admission tickets for the waterpark for the entirety of the stay. Any additional guests over the four provided with our room rate will be charged $50 per night.
Reservation Payment Information: Due to high volume of inquires Kalahari Resorts cannot accept completed Letters of Authorization forms, Tax Exemption forms, or Purchase Orders at the hotel check-in. The hotel has a dedicated team that approves these forms to ensure validity prior to attachment to the reservation prior to
check-in. These forms should be submitted no later than seven days in advanced to Kalahari at dellscallcenterfax@kalahariresorts.com or fax them to (608) 254-6116. The resort highly suggests that the attendee submit these forms at minimum two weeks in advanced prior to the hotel check in so their team can process them in a timely manner. Failure to follow this procedure may result in full room and tax charges to the attendees on their personal cards, since the Front Desk will not accept these forms at check-in.

Hotel Cancellation Policy
You must cancel your room reservation more than three days in advance of your expected arrival to avoid any penalty. Cancellations received less than three days in advance will forfeit all nights' room and tax.
Debit/Credit Card and Cash Policy
Guests are encouraged to use a credit card instead of a debit card to pay for overnight room reservations as well as incidental charges at the resort. A $100 hold will be placed on all credit and debit cards.
The entire resort is a cashless facility - only credit card payments will be accepted.
