Important Hotel and Reservation Details
The Seven Springs Mountain Resort is the site of all Conference activities and offers a myriad of amenities for their summertime guests. The hotel’s beautiful, contemporary guest rooms provide everything needed for a relaxing stay. Each room has plush bedding, complimentary WiFi, flatscreen TVs, a mini-refrigerator and a coffeemaker. All of the rooms offer lovely mountain views and puts you steps from the Main Lodge which is where the Conference activities will take place.
Note: If you or your guests have mobility issues and you want to be close to Conference events, please call the resort at the telephone number listed under the Conference Room Rate and discuss what guest room location might be best. Some guest rooms are a longer walk to the Main Lodge.
The resort also offers a wide-variety of dining experiences to suit anyone’s tastes. Helen’s offers an upscale dining experience in a casual atmosphere and the Slopeside Restaurant is a casual family-friendly venue serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you’re looking for quick bites or a drink, there’s the Bavarian Lounge, Foggy Goggle, Gingerbread Dreams, Mountain Perk and Mountain Pizza. In the evening’s stop by The Matterhorn to see live entertainment and have drinks with friends. Please check operating hours for each outlet when you arrive at Seven Springs. Please note that Seven Springs is a cashless facility.
The resort offers so many activities for guests – the Alpine Slide, indoor and outdoor swimming, axe-throwing, disc golf, paddleboarding and kayaking, rock climbing, bowling and much more!. Seven Springs does offer an All-Day Adventure Pass that guests can purchase while at the resort. Be sure to check what is offered each day when you arrive at the resort.
Conference Room Rates
Our room rate for the Seven Springs Mountain Resort is $189 per room per night for single, occupancy; $209 per room per night for double occupancy; $229 per room per night for triple occupancy; and, $249 per room per night for quad occupancy. These rates do not include the nine percent state and local taxes. If you do not see the rooming option you’re looking for at the rooming link, please call Seven Springs reservations directly at (855) 947-0438. The room rate does include the Seven Springs breakfast buffet in the Slopeside Restaurant each morning of your stay.
The room block cutoff date is July 16 or until the room block fills up, whichever comes first. After July 16, availability and our Conference room rate cannot be guaranteed.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for individual guest rooms made within 7 days of arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the entire reservations period and all applicable taxes and fees. Any deposits received will be utilized towards said cancellation fee and any outstanding balance will be charged to the credit card on file; or if guaranteed to the Master Account, the Master Account will be charged for all applicable individual guestroom cancellation fees. Reservations are refundable if cancelled outside 7 days of arrival.
Paying by Credit Card or County Check
Seven Springs does not accept credit cards to secure county room blocks. If your county would like to pay for a county room block with a county check, please send an email to sevenspringsgroups@vailresorts.com for directions.
Parking
Self-parking is complimentary, and valet parking is $30 per day.
