Supervisors (Berks County Youth Center)

The County of Berks is seeking for a qualified professionals for the position of Supervisor (Berks County Youth Center).  Primary responsibilities include supervising daily work assignments of employees and resident activities – staff and resident daily chores, performing employee performance appraisals and disciplinary actions, facility wide supervision on assigned weekends, holidays, or in the absence of other administrative staff, assisting in employee scheduling and request of leave paperwork, running monthly fire drills, weekly hygiene inspections, compliance reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, and training employees to maintain compliance. Position requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of two years of experience.
