Enterprise Support Technician (Info Systems Dept.)

The County of Berks is seeking qualified applicants for an Enterprise Support Technician. This position provides support to end users on a variety of issues. This includes providing customer and technical support to end users via phone, email, messaging and direct contact, documenting, tracking and monitoring the problem to ensure a timely resolution, maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing end user systems, hardware and peripherals, documenting, maintaining, upgrading or replacing and enterprise hardware and software systems, supporting and maintaining user account information including rights, security and systems groups, providing network, phone, video and security support. This position may be on call for emergency 24/7 support.

 Position requires an Associate degree and a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the field or related area.
