Update: Counties Working to Finalize Ballots After Court Challenges Resolved

With the courts resolving the remaining objections to third-party candidates, the Department of State has now certified the official list of candidates for the November general election.
County boards of elections will now work to complete the process of finalizing, printing and delivering mail-in ballots to eligible voters who have requested them. This process may still take several weeks after a certified list of candidates is available before ballots appear in voters' mailboxes. Counties urge voters to check the Department of State’s online mail ballot availability page or to contact their county election office with questions about when ballots in their county will be available.
