CCAP provides educational and networking opportunities to CCAP county and associate members, through conferences, workshops, certificate training programs, leadership programs and vendor events. From one-day meetings to multi-day conferences, the educational opportunities equate to more than 500 meeting days per year.

Educational Programs and Workshops
The Academy for Excellence in County Government is a certificate training program for county commissioners, council members, county executives, administrators and assistant administrators, chief clerks and assistant chief clerks, solicitors and assistant solicitors, and their equivalents in home rule counties.
The Center for Excellence in County Leadership (CEL) program is offered to help county officials develop a professional culture for county government. Focusing on offering engaging and immersive training programs designed to enhance communication, decision-making, and leadership abilities.
The GLIMPSE is your Risk Management Training Catalog. CCAP's Insurance Programs offer a full schedule of training opportunities statewide. Workshops are available during the spring and fall of each year. The workshops are offered at little or no cost to your county.
