Learn the roots of the problem and how proposed legislation would give counties a tool to help at a free online event, "Can Counties Help Combat Pennsylvania's EMS Crisis?," on May 6, from 8 to 9:30 a.m., sponsored by the Pennsylvania Economy League and CCAP.
