On July 8, the Senate approved SB 1100, containing the nearly $44 billion FY 2021-2022 budget agreement, by a vote of 47-3 and the House gave its approval to the same with a 180-20 vote. Additionally, both chambers approved amendments to the Human Services Code (HB 1420) and Fiscal Code (HB 1421), which included provisions related to the implementation of the FY 2021-2022 state budget. Both  bills now go to the Governor's desk.
