This year CCAP Annual Conference attendees can make overnight reservations at either Wyndham Gettysburg or the Courtyard by Marriott Gettysburg and are located in the Gateway complex, the site of all CCAP Annual Conference activities.

Important Hotel and Reservation Details
The Wyndham Gettysburg, our headquarters hotel, lets guests relax in spacious guest rooms luxuriously appointed with regal accents. Thoughtful amenities include an ergonomic work station, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, oversized in room safe, bathroom amenities and plush bedding. The Wyndham has a limited number of mini-refrigerators available upon request. The Wyndham also features free Wifi, flat-screen HDTVs, an indoor pool, fitness center and the 1863 Restaurant and Lounge. The hotel’s full-service restaurant offers breakfast and dinner each day and the lounge is open in the evenings for drinks and a quick bite.
The Courtyard by Marriott Gettysburg is located right beside the Wyndham and is within walking distance of the complex’s theater. The Courtyard’s spacious, modern guest rooms include complimentary Wifi, a mini-refrigerator and a coffeemaker. The hotel also features an indoor pool, fitness center and The Bistro, a spot to grab a quick breakfast and dinner each day or relax in the spacious, welcoming lobby for a drink with friends.
Conference Room Rate
Our room rate for both the Wyndham and the Courtyard is $159 per room per night for single, double, triple or quad occupancy and does not include the 11 percent in state and local taxes. The CCAP room blocks at both hotels includes rooms with a king bed or two queen beds. The hotel recommends putting the correct number of guests staying in one room when making a reservation in order to make sure there are adequate accommodations for each guest. Some room types may sell out. If you cannot book your desired room type at one of the hotels, please call the hotel and speak with their front desk staff about your needs.
The room block cutoff date for both hotels is July 14 or until the room blocks at both hotels fill up, whichever comes first. After July 14, availability and our Conference room rate cannot be guaranteed.
County Credit Card Authorization
The Wyndham Gettysburg and the Courtyard do not offer direct billing to counties. Instead, the hotels will allow interested counties to put a credit card on file for any county attendee charges. Please contact Cindy Bray at cindy.bray@gatewaygettysburg.com or (717) 339-0200 x. 6031 for an application. Please keep in mind that although the rooms are being paid for by the credit card on file, guests checking in will still have to present a credit card for incidentals unless the county is covering those as well. The deadline to apply for authorization approval is May 15.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Hotel guests at either the Wyndham or the Courtyard may cancel their room reservations at no charge up until 24 hours prior to 4 p.m. day of arrival. After that date, the hotels will assess guests one night’s stay.
Parking
Parking for both hotels’ surface lots is complimentary.

Members also have a smoother check in process since the hotels will have member information ready upon arrival.
