County EMS Case Study Project and Report
CCAP partnered with the Department of Community and Economic Development and their chosen consultant, MCM Consulting Group Inc., on a case study project to evaluate the current status of EMS in the commonwealth. This goal of this study was to provide information on the current status of EMS in certain county pilot regions of the commonwealth (Butler/Mercer and Tioga/Lycoming/Sullivan). The study and report contains resources and strategies to meet community EMS needs and includes recommendations for counties to guide local evaluations and engage in local EMS solutions with their EMS agencies, municipalities and other local partners.
