CCAP's 140th Annual Conference kicks off August 2 at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions.

CCAP's 140th Annual Conference and Trade Show kicks off Sunday, August 2, at the Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Monroe County, bringing together more than 500 county officials, exhibitors, vendors, speakers and guests for four days of education, networking and celebration.

This year's Conference marks two exciting milestones: CCAP's 140th anniversary and the Association's first Annual Conference at the Kalahari Resorts & Conventions, one of Pennsylvania's most popular resort destinations. Attendees can look forward to dynamic keynote speakers, timely breakout sessions, valuable networking opportunities, dedicated time with exhibitors and vendors serving county government, and the annual awards dinner recognizing outstanding achievements.

The 2026 Conference theme, "Celebrating America," continues the nationwide commemoration of America's 250th anniversary, highlighting the vital role counties have played throughout our nation's history and continue to play today.

CCAP President Joe Kantz welcomes members, exhibitors, vendors, and their families to what promises to be an engaging and memorable Conference. On Monday, August 3, attendees will hear insights from U.S. Senator Dave McCormick and U.S. Representative GT Thompson, followed by a dynamic discussion on early voting featuring election officials from Florida and Maryland during the Opening General Session. On Tuesday, August 4, CCAP is honored to welcome Pennsylvania Treasurer Stacy Garrity to the Business Session. Members will also hear remarks from Governor Josh Shapiro via video.

We look forward to seeing everyone at the Kalahari as we celebrate our history, strengthen our partnerships and prepare for the future of county government.
