Increasing Your Chances of Winning Disciplinary Cases - Campbell Durrant
Representatives from Gabriel Fera P.C.
The world of disciplinary grievance arbitration can be filled with frustrating decisions by labor arbitrators. This session will review the steps counties can take to make it more likely a labor arbitrator will uphold disciplinary action. Principles of progressive discipline, "just cause" and mitigating and aggravating factors will be covered and legal rules relating to Loudermill hearings and Weingarten representatives will be untangled.
