2026 CCAP Fall Conference

CCAP Member - $285.00 For any county official and staff who are CCAP Members.
Attendance is 10:30 a.m. Sunday through 9 a.m. Tuesday and includes all educational sessions and meals. NOT INCLUDED: Overnight hotel room.

Associate Member Vendor - $335.00 Any vendor who has joined CCAP as an Associate Member for an annual fee.
Attendance is 10:30 a.m. Sunday through 9 a.m. Tuesday. No exhibiting opportunities available, but vendors can attend educational sessions and meals. NOT INCLUDED: Overnight hotel room.

Non Associate Member Vendor - $435.00 Any vendor who has not yet joined CCAP as an Associate Member.
Attendance is 10:30 a.m. Sunday through 9 a.m. Tuesday. No exhibiting opportunities available, but vendors can attend educational sessions and meals. NOT INCLUDED: Overnight hotel room

State Agency Personnel - $285.00 Any State employee under the Governor's jurisdiction.
Attendance is 10:30 a.m. Sunday through 9 a.m. Tuesday and includes all educational sessions and meals. NOT INCLUDED: Overnight hotel room.

Guest of a CCAP Member - $160.00 Any non-member accompanying a registered county member.
Attendance is 5 p.m. Sunday through 9 a.m. Tuesday and includes Sunday's evening reception, and Monday's breakfast and luncheon. NOT INCLUDED: Any educational session, Tuesday meals, nor an overnight room.
