Professional Audit Services

The County of Franklin is requesting proposals from qualified independent certified public accounting firms to perform annual financial and compliance (Single) audits for the county. The selected firm shall conduct audits of the county's financial statements in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS), Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States, and, when applicable, the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance).
