Audrey Allsopp is the Managing Director of Insurance Programs, joining CCAP in October 2026.  With more than 30 years’ experience in insurance, claims and risk she has successfully managed programs in various industries. Allsopp has an MBA from Bellarmine University and a BS in Commerce and Engineering, with a Minor in Marketing, from Drexel University.  She holds a CPCU (Charter Property Casualty Underwriting) Designation and active Property Casualty broker’s license and continues to pursue professional development in enterprise risk management. She has spoken professionally on topics including workplace violence, women’s leadership in insurance, insurance recovery and temporary staffing agreements. 

Born, raised and educated in Chester County, she began her career with General Electric Insurance Company in Louisville, Kentucky as Disability and Risk Manager, moving on to Manager of Worker Compensation Claim Operations, and finally Pharmacy Project Manager. Moving back to Pennsylvania for family, she then served as the Workers Compensation Practice Leader and Claim Consultant for Conner Strong and Buckelew in Camden, New Jersey, and head of risk management and insurance for a construction, real estate and self-storage firm.
