This position serves as an in-house expert for Agency and Statewide data management systems by overseeing policy and practices related to maintaining security and confidentiality of sensitive information and support agency efforts in the collection, analysis and presentation of data to enhance informed decision making. Provide support and oversight in use of Agency and Statewide case management systems, provide basic technical support and assist in the identification and effective use of technology and software.
Knowledge of CWIS, CAPS, and ICAMS is very helpful. This position will also be responsible for managing the collection of data and assisting in the analysis and presentation of specified data as directed. 

The ideal candidate must have extensive skills in use of data collection, graphic presentation software programs, including all MS Office Suite, experience with case management systems, demonstrate initiative and problem solving skills, and be able to interpret and apply relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing agency services and the use of technology.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Associate Degree
  2. Minimum two years of experience in computer technology and or data management / entry
  3. Experience and expertise with Modern Windows Operating Systems and current software applications.

Starting Pay Rate is $19.01 per hour. This is a full time position, 40 hours per week. Normal work hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, with a half hour unpaid lunch with the potential for some flexibility after training is completed.
