On June 25, the House approved SB 255, containing the nearly $39 billion FY 2021-2022 budget agreement, by a vote of 140-61 and the Senate gave its approval to the same with a 43-7 vote. Additionally, both chambers approved amendments to the Administrative Code (HB 336) and Fiscal Code (HB 1348), which included provisions related to the implementation of the FY 2021-2022 state budget. All three bills now go to the Governor's desk.
