Based on conversations with the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts (AOPC) about funding for the Judicial Computer System (JCS), CCAP wrote a letter to both the House and Senate expressing our concerns about the future of the Unified Judicial System (UJS). Without adequate funding for JCS, AOPC will have to shut down the Common Pleas Case Management System (CPCMS). Without these systems in place, essential functions of county court systems will be lost and counties have had no opportunity or funding to plan for a system replacement.
