Extend your hospitality to CCAP members by hosting a hospitality suite or social reception at one of our conference events. Although CCAP does not coordinate hospitality suites or function space, vendors can contract with the individual hotel directly. Please find information on hosting a hospitality suite or social reception below. 
 
Please note: Vendors host hospitality suites and social receptions at their own risk and must adhere to hotel policies. CCAP requests that at least one representative of the firm hosting the event be registered for the full CCAP conference. CCAP is unable to distribute literature promoting the hospitality suite or function. Vendors may wish to hand out literature of their own accord and post flyers in the hosting facility with the express permission of the hotel representative.
