CONFERENCE INFORMATION
Online Conference Registration - please register prior to 4 p.m. on March 10, 2010.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be e-mailed to Jeannette Hunter at jhunter@pacounties.org. No telephone cancellations will be accepted. There will be a $25 service charge per valid cancellation if received prior to 4 p.m. on March 10, 2010. Cancellations received after March 10 cannot be refunded. Registered no-shows will be billed.
HOTEL REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Online Hotel Reservations - please reserve your room prior to February 18, 2010 to receive the Conference rate. Availability as well as the reduced rate is not guaranteed for reservations received after this date.
IMPORTANT NOTE IF THE ROOM BLOCK IS FILLED: If you are unable to make a reservation online, please call the Hilton Harrisburg reservations line at (717) 233-6000 and ask to be placed on the CCAP Spring Conference waiting list. Historically the wait list process has enabled attendees to obtain rooms due to cancellations made during the last month prior to the Conference. Once a room becomes available, the Hilton will contact you directly.
DIRECT BILL PAYMENT FOR COUNTIES - Payment with credit card for hotel reservations is preferred, but a direct bill process is available. Please provide a credit card number to "hold" your room, similar to when you are asked for a credit card upon check in at any hotel. You can then add a comment in the COMMENT BOX that states you will send a direct bill letter from your county and list the county staff covered by your direct bill request. The letter should be sent directly to Reservations, Hilton Harrisburg, One North Second Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101. Even if you forget to add the comment, when the letter arrives they will match it to your reservation file and your credit card will not be charged.
INFORMATION FOR VENDORS
The Spring Conference does not accommodate a trade show and booth space is not available, but vendors are invited to register to attend the Conference, sponsor the Conference or host a hospitality event independently.
