Kristen Goshorn, Government Relations Manager, testified before the House Agriculture Committee today on House Bill 1788. House Bill 1788, sponsored by Rep. Cutler- Lancaster, would allow assistance payments to be made out of the General Fund to taxing authorities that would lose ten percent or more of their assessed value resulting from the Clean and Green law.
